Status of compliance with the requirements
Due to the following non-conformities and/or exceptions, this website is partially compliant with conformance level AA of the "Web Content Accessibility Guidelines – WCAG 2.2" and with the applicable European standard EN 301 549.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:
a) Non-conformity with the accessibility requirements
- PDF documents: Some linked PDF files (e.g. timetables) were created before the directive entered into force and are currently not fully accessible. Subsequent adaptation is planned, but has not yet been completed due to limited personnel and technical resources.
- Contrast ratios: In certain areas the colour contrast does not meet WCAG requirements. To maximise contrast, several settings can be enabled in the accessibility widget.
- Keyboard operation: Some interactive components come from external libraries and require additional technical adjustments that will be implemented in an upcoming update.
We are committed to addressing these points as soon as possible and to continuously improving accessibility.
b) Content that does not fall within the scope of the applicable legislation
- The website contains older documents and content that are not accessible. As they were published before 28/06/2025, they are exempt from the Accessibility Act and no comprehensive change is currently planned.
- The website contains documents and content from third parties that we have neither developed nor financed nor control. For this third-party content, no statement can be made regarding compliance with the accessibility requirements, and it is therefore also exempt from the requirements of the Accessibility Act.
Preparation of the accessibility statement
This statement was prepared on 6 May 2025.
The assessment of the website's compliance with the Accessibility Act was carried out as a self-assessment in accordance with the level AA guidelines of WCAG 2.2.
