Information about the processing of personal data on this website in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG).
English translation – non-binding. This English version is provided for convenience only. In case of any discrepancy, the German original (Datenschutz) prevails as the legally binding version.
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We process your data exclusively on the basis of legal regulations (GDPR, Austrian Telecommunications Act). In this privacy notice we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing on our website.
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, the information you provide will be stored for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
To simplify the booking process and for subsequent contract execution, the IP address of the connection holder is stored in cookies, as well as the buyer's name, address, email, telephone number and credit card number.
For contract execution, the following data is also stored: pick-up and drop-off locations, flight numbers, departure times, hotel accommodation and number of passengers (without recording names). The data you provide is required for contract performance and pre-contractual measures. Without it we cannot conclude a contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, except for credit card information to processing banks/payment service providers and to our tax advisor for compliance with tax law obligations. We will contact you by SMS and/or email for booking confirmations and reminder messages about your shuttle pick-up.
If a purchase is cancelled, the data stored with us will be deleted within 30 days. If a contract is concluded, all data will be retained until the end of the statutory tax retention period (7 years). Name, address, purchased goods and purchase date will additionally be stored until the end of the product liability period (10 years). Processing is based on § 96(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act and Art. 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (contract performance) GDPR.
For smooth operation and troubleshooting, websites maintain web server logs that record IP addresses. While IP addresses alone are not personal data, they could theoretically be linked to individuals via tracking tools. Time of access, browser type and visited page are also stored. These logs are deleted after one month.
Our website uses cookies. These are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They cause no harm. We use cookies to make our offering user-friendly. Some cookies remain on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not want this, you can configure your browser to inform you about cookies and only allow them on a case-by-case basis. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Our website uses Google Analytics and Matomo. Google Analytics is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Matomo runs on the servers of INFLUX MediaHouse GmbH, 6460 Imst, Austria. Cookies are used to analyse the use of the website. The information generated is transferred to the respective providers' servers and stored there.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser to reject cookies. Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised by deletion of the last eight bits, allowing only rough geolocation.
This website uses Google Maps from Google Inc. By using this website you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically collected data by Google Inc., its representatives and third parties. Google's privacy terms can be found at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
We use Google Fonts on our website. These fonts are delivered from Google's servers in the USA. When you call up our website, your browser establishes a direct connection to Google's servers and your IP address is transmitted to Google. The use of Google Fonts serves the consistent and appealing presentation of our online offerings, which is a legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
You generally have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal of consent and objection. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).

Video surveillance is installed for the following purposes:
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the protection of our buses, facilities and operating buildings as well as the safety of persons present or transported.
Cameras are positioned strategically at locations relevant to safety and protection of our buses, facilities and buildings. Camera selection follows the principles of proportionality and necessity. Camera angles effectively serve the stated purpose without unnecessarily intruding on the privacy of uninvolved persons.
We clearly mark all monitored areas with signs/pictograms so that everyone is informed before entering the monitored area. Buses with on-board video systems display pictograms on all entrance doors.
Data is stored on secure servers protected against unauthorised access. Recordings are encrypted and can only be accessed by authorised personnel.
Video recordings are stored no longer than necessary, with a maximum of 72 hours unless specific incidents require longer retention. In such cases the retention period is documented and justified.
Data is only transferred to third parties when required for the investigation of criminal offences or the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. Recipients may be police authorities or courts.
In exceptional cases, video recordings may be processed for scientific and research purposes or shared with research institutions on the basis of Art. 89 GDPR in conjunction with § 2d FOG and § 7 DSG. Recordings are generally shared in anonymised or pseudonymised form. Where this would prevent achievement of the research purpose, processing or transfer may take place in non-anonymised form.
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability regarding your personal data.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority if you believe processing is unlawful.
